Ford of Upland and Victor were very good to deal with and I’m very happy with my vehicle. I was a bit frustrated that my interest rate went from 6.99 to 7.75 at the last moment of the deal. Assuming that was a problem with Ford Financing and not Victor or Upland but Ford is Ford to the customer. I was quoted one rate and received another.

I used Costco to purchase. It went smooth, but the process could be cleaned up a little. There was some confusion on using Costco. Still waiting for parts and serviced outlined on the contract
Had a performance part installed and there was an issue with the initial price quote. There was some initial panic, but Danielle worked very hard to fix this and made sure it was fair and resolved. I recently purchased a customer order vehicle. I can say I really liked this dealer vs Sunrise ford. Taylor was in touch and communicative with our order and providing us updates for the last 3 1/2 months. We definitely appreciated that. One thing I would say has some opportunities is, the wait time on a straight forward purchase. I didn't except to be there for 3 hours. We have been taking our Ford Expedition to Ford of Upland for several years. Typically it's routine maintenance ( ie oil changes , filters , tire rotations ) and some smaller repairs like brakes , hoses and wheel. Overall it's a pretty good experience.
